  The friendly experienced staff is ready with professional advice. I was able to store my camper trailer here for the summer which saved me from hauling it back and forth 500km every time we went camping at Kenosee Lake.

  Great place before the sale. Worst night mare after. Save yourself the hassle and go support someone else that actually cares about the customer after the sale. These guys dropped the ball so many times.0/10 will never be back.

  They need a serious lesson in customer service especially the manager Kelly. Very Rude hung up on me trying to discuss warranty issues. Apparently they never make mistakes, and the customer is always wrong. Regretting my decision in trusting them with my purchase of a trailer. Hopefully this review will help someone from making the same mistake I did in trusting this place. They sell broken trailers then try charging you for repairing after you take it home and find all the issues.

  Great service... Until you need to use the warranty you purchased and you're told they don't want customers like you because you're too "needy", and get hung up on. Terrible! First time out with the trailer and the list of things that needed repair kept growing and growing. So they took the trailer and didn't seem to do anything with it, as nothing was fixed when we got it back. Apparently they feel I'm high maintenance because I don't think cupboards should be falling off, or I feel that doors should be locking properly, especially after the first time out with it. I could go on and on, I would steer clear.
